2319. It’s worth it. The three in the morning opening the padlocks. Shawarmas. And the last song syndrome. All worth it :)

Just a quick note for what I’ve been doing

May 2010 ♥ Al’s Bar + Checkpoint + Capone’s

I’ve always been a fan of music. And been involved in making it occasionally. I guess that it’s become a huge part of me. I tend to read books, take walks, go jogging and surf the net with a track from Rascal Flatts, Mono or Jesper Kyd. So yeah, I’m pretty much musically inclined. Learning notes during my elementary days and trying it out during first years of college. But I never really was a performer. So I kinda gave it up. Adi came up to me and asked if I could go to his gigs (cause they’re in the South). My first gig was in Checkpoint Bar (super near our place) and I dunno. I just got hooked. So now, my nights are spent watching gigs which has rekindled my love for OPM music. So yeah, this won’t stop cause school started. I’ll just find a way to work things out. :) Here’s some pictures I took during the gigs. Most of them are on facebook anyways.

Jef Borja from Halibas

Dru from Halibas

Adi and Vernon from Siadina

Jay and Cholo from A Music Theory

Oreo during the Checkpoint Gig for Halibas

Geoff Galang for Halibas

Lorce for A Music Theory

Rob and Ramir for F_B_

JD for F_B_

John Jo for Siadina and A Music Theory

Giords for F_B_ and Siadina

Sher for Siadina

JC for A Music Theory

So yeah, I’m pretty much enjoying the going to gigs phase in my life. And I think it’s gonna stay here for quite some time ;)  Super thank you to Toll Gate Productions.

For Adi to introducing me to this :) And to meeting wonderful people. So how bout you? Want to watch the upcoming bands for the Original Pilipino Music Bands! Add Toll Gate Prod on Facebook :)
